Subscription Commencement and Renewals

Your subscription to LawNow commences as soon as we receive you subscription order. Your first issue should arrive approximately 4 to 6 weeks thereafter.

Subscriptions are for one, two or three years from the date of commencement (depending on the option you choose). Your subscription expiry date, as well as your subscriber number, is in the top line of your mailing label on any issue.

Renewal reminders are first sent 3 months prior to the expiration of your subscription. As the completion of our shipping process can take 10-12 days, renewal payments and renewal reminders often cross in the mail.

For subscriptions that are renewed prior to the expiry of the subscription term, the new subscription term always starts with the first issue after the subscription expiry date.

As a courtesy to our subscribers, we generally mail one grace copy of LawNow, just in case you are late in renewing.

If for any reason you are not happy with your LawNow Magazine, we will refund your purchase price in full for all unmailed copies. If you do not intend to renew your subscription and/or you wish to terminate your service immediately, click here to send us an email

If you move during the term of your subscription, please indicate your old address as well as your new address, as this is helpful to us in locating your subscription record.  Due to our advance mailing schedule, we ask that you please give us as much notice as possible.

Shipping

LawNow is shipped 6 times per year via Canada Post regular mailing delivery.

Problems with delivery may occur if a mail-forwarding order (with your post office) runs out, if we don't know your apartment number, or for a variety of other reasons.  If you experience delivery problems, please check the address on a mailing label from a recent issue, and contact us to let us know which issue you last received.  We can either mail you the issues you missed, or extend your subscription -- just let us know which you prefer.

If you have received a damaged issue, click here to send us an email. To compensate for the inconvenience, we will certainly extend your subscription expiry date and if the issue is still available, mail you a replacement copy immediately.

Should you have any other concerns regarding delivery please contact us at (780) 451-0782 or send us an email.

Back Issues

Subject to availability, you may purchase a hard copy of many back issues at cover price, plus shipping and handling by sending us an email.
